This policy explains what information High-Calibre Links ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run a services business: information you send us through our forms, and basic technical data needed to keep the site fast and free of spam.

Information you give us

• Application form - first name, role, work email, website, and monthly budget.
• Contact form - your name, email, and the question you send us.
• Call booking - if you book an intro call, scheduling runs on Zeeg (zeeg.me), which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting and security - the site is served by Cloudflare, and our forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and detect abuse.
• Analytics - we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
• Session replay - we use Mouseflow, which records interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling in anonymised session replays that help us improve the site.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to evaluate your application, answer your questions, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are delivered to us through our own workflow automation and stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace); we also receive an instant notification of each submission via Telegram. These tools act as processors for us. Beyond the services named in this policy (Cloudflare, Google, Telegram, Zeeg), we do not share your information with anyone unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we are evaluating or working together, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it promptly. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA or UK), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
