Our services
We provide PR and content services - expert PR, digital PR, and research-based content campaigns. Every engagement is scoped individually: deliverables, timelines, quantities, and pricing are defined in the proposal you receive after a discovery call. Nothing on this website is a binding offer; descriptions and figures reflect typical past engagements.
Proposals, payment, and guarantees
The terms that govern an engagement are the ones in your individual proposal or agreement, including payment schedule and deliverables. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you receive your money back as set out in that agreement. We do not sell one-off links; our work consists of long-term campaigns.
Ownership of deliverables
Ownership and usage rights for campaign deliverables are defined in the individual engagement agreement.
Using this website
You may not abuse the site - for example by submitting forms with false information at scale, probing or disrupting it, or scraping it for spam purposes. Content on this site (text, design, animations, case figures) belongs to us and may not be republished without permission.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". While we keep its content accurate, we make no warranty about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. Liability connected to a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business. Individual engagement agreements may specify their own governing law and venue.
